I came across your church website and wanted to see what it was all about. I heart is broken as I read the words that are on the page. As a fellow christian in Christ, it is my place in love to charge you on your statements if they are unbiblical. I am not judgeing you, that is Gods place. But your church has become blind to word of God. You are not humble as the Lord has commanded. Your love appears to only be for those who love Jesus Christ. How can you gurantee salvation? Only the Lord can do that. People do not come to the Father through your church. They come through Jesus Christ. You have fallen into the place of Pharasies. I have read your article re: Star Wars as to how "Mrs. Tawny Huxton is a Landover Baptist Church member and a Christian mother. Her life was ripped apart when she came home one afternoon to find her 12-year old son, Timmy, masturbating with a 7-foot tall Jar Jar Binks doll" I have two problems with this article 1. How could someone's life be ripped apart if they catch their son masturbate. It is a naive to think that boys at that age and older don't masturbate, let's face it, everyone has. 2. Also, I have read in your article, describing the film as pornographic, which simply is not true. This is also hyprocritical as I see you advertising Jesus thongs. I mean, what's your problem?

I recently read an article on your website pertaining to the "evil" in the Star Wars films. After reading the article as well as viewing the content of that page, I seriously doubt your credibility in things of a religous nature.

First, let me say, I am a Southern Baptist and a Star Wars fan since the time I was old enough to remember. Since I first saw the Star Wars movies, I have yet to find anything that classifies as corruptive. Granted, their are a few curse words and scantly-clad women, but nothing that merits an R-rating. Just because you do not like something does not make it evil.

Also, I find your website offensive to me as a beliver in Christ. The article claims George Lucas is immoral and yet your website has links for Sexy Christian Singles and WWJD thongs. I highly doubt any reputable religous organization would have such vulgar content.

Lastly, your statment as to the non-believer not being welcome to your church just proves that your doctrine on Christianity is flawed. The Bible tasks all believers to reach out to those who are lost, yet you turn them away. I suggest you read your Bible again and rethink your mandates. I may not be an ordained minister, but I dont believe your doctrine is viable nor does it have merit.

You and your congregation may not like the Star Wars films, and you have your right not too as well as your freedom of speech. I am not trying to contain any of these, but I would suggest you look into your own church and its doctorine and compare them to what the Bible says before you throw accusations about who and what is evil.

I recently read a article that was placed on your website by the Landover Ladies, I found it to be wrong. The title of the article is TAMPONS: "Satan's Little Cotton Fingers!" I want to know who the hell Mrs. Taffy Davenport-Gaines Crockett,thinks she is doing that to that young lady and you can let her know that she is not doing a very good job pulling tampons off of shelves, I live in reno NV and no body has tried to do it.
